The suction medium can be dry or wet air, or water, but must be free from granular substances, excessive dust, or corrosive materials.



Structure and Principle

This cutting-edge apparatus harnesses the power of an electric motor, which drives motion through a V-belt pulley to activate the rotor. An asynchronous gear ensures precision in the driven rotor's rotation. The rotors function without contact, maintaining an exact 0.4mm gap between each other and 0.25mm between the rotor, pump body, and end cover. As the rotors separate in the lower pump chamber, volume expands, and their connection in the upper chamber causes volume contraction, facilitating efficient gas suction and discharge. This brilliant mechanism achieves a vacuum on the suction side, while the exhaust side remains at near atmospheric pressure.
A soundproof box at the pump outlet stabilizes pressure, enhances sealing efficiency, and elevates the pump's overall performance to new heights.

1. a) Reducing the distance between the vacuum system's outlet and the pump's inlet is crucial for optimized performance.
2. b) Minimizing bends in the pipeline is vital to ensure smooth operation and maintain optimal efficiency.
3. c) Align the inlet pipeline at least with the centerline, and ensure the outlet pipeline is devoid of high-resistance elements like upward climbs or abrupt right-angle turns.
4. d) Ideally, the diameters of both the inlet and outlet pipes should match those of the product to ensure perfect integration and seamless flow.In compact vacuum systems, the inlet pipe diameter can be slightly reduced but must be at least 90% of the standard dimension.It is imperative to maintain the diameter of the product's inlet and outlet, with the outlet pipe diameter equal to or greater than the inlet dimension.Ensure that the outgoing pipe matches or surpasses the inlet pipe diameter for optimal flow and performance.
5. Avoid sudden bends at pipeline corners; opt for a fluid, smooth transition to sustain efficiency and performance.A seamless transition is key to maintaining consistency and optimal flow efficiency within your system.
6. For the best results, prioritize using steel pipes when constructing pipelines for enhanced durability and robustness.
