Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump lies an eccentric rotor, ingeniously nestled within the stator (pump chamber). This rotor, with its three versatile slots, facilitates smooth and unfettered sliding, ensuring optimal performance.
2) As the rotor spins, it ingeniously divides the internal space into three distinct chambers, each experiencing a dynamic change in volume with every rotation.
3) The intelligent mechanism allows gas to enter the intake chamber, where it is skillfully compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient operation.
4) Oil injection into the intake chamber serves a triple purpose: sealing, lubricating, and cooling. Leveraged by the compressed gas, the oil performs its duty effortlessly,
When entering the fuel tank, gravity takes charge, causing rough separation. Smaller oil molecules venture into the exhaust filter, enhancing efficiency.
The ingenious circulation system ensures that reclaimed oil makes its way back into the pump chamber. The system is masterfully controlled by a float valve, preventing atmospheric pressure issues when the collection system lacks oil.
Breaking the vacuum becomes seamless as oil re-enters the suction side of the pump chamber from the fuel tank.
5) The pressure difference guarantees a continuous oil circulation, maintaining consistent performance.

1) Overcurrent components are crafted from nickel phosphorus alloy or PTFE coating. With PTFE seals and labyrinth seals, this design is tailored to meet the demanding needs of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries, thriving even in mildly corrosive environments.

2) Available in stainless steel (S304/S316L), the overcurrent component is perfect for highly corrosive settings. Stainless steel is utilized for the pump casing, partition, and rotor, safeguarding durability.
