Roots vacuum pump
Roots vacuum pump is a kind of positive displacement vacuum pump, also known as mechanical booster pump, is one of the main pumping equipment to obtain medium and high vacuum, is the use of two figure-8 rotors in the pump body driven by the gear for reverse synchronous high-speed rotation, to complete the suction and exhaust, as shown in the figure.

Pump feature
1)There is a higher pumping rate within a wider pressure range. Like an accelerator acting on the front stage pump to increase its pumping speed and ultimate vacuum degree.
2)The running parts inside the pump have no friction and do not require lubrication. There is no oil in the pump chamber, and a clean vacuum can be obtained.
3)The vertical flow of gas inside the pump chamber is beneficial for the removal of dust and condensate from the pumped gas.
4)The rotor with complete symmetry and precise dynamic balance operates smoothly and reliably.
5)Eliminate oil leakage and emulsification - the application of shaft extension mechanical seals and composite sealing structures for isolation chambers.
