Structure and Principle

This innovative machine is powered by an electric motor, utilizing a V-belt pulley to drive the active rotor and an asynchronous gear for the driven gear, propelling the driven rotor into motion. Notably, the rotors do not contact each other, maintaining a precise clearance of about 0.4mm while the clearance between the rotor and the pump body and end cover stands at approximately 0.25mm. As the pump operates, the lower part of the pump chamber sees the volume expand due to continuous separation of the two rotors. Conversely, in the upper section, the volume contracts due to the continuous connection of the rotors, efficiently completing the cycle of gas suction and discharge, resulting in a powerful vacuum on the suction side as the exhaust side connects seamlessly with the atmosphere, maintaining proximity to atmospheric pressure.
An expertly designed soundproof box is installed at the outlet of the pump body, delivering not only stable pressure but also enhancing the sealing effect, significantly elevating the pump's operational efficiency.
