OVERVIEW

The water ring vacuum pump is the ideal choice for efficiently pumping both gases and water vapor. With an impressive ultimate pressure reaching an absolute pressure of 3300 Pa (equivalent to a 97% vacuum), it showcases superior performance.
The 2BV series exemplifies innovation with its ability to recycle the working fluid, creating a closed-loop system by utilizing the pumped medium (liquid). This leads to zero emissions and effective solvent recovery, aligning with sustainable practices.

For prolonged operations nearing the vacuum's ultimate pressure (equaling the working liquid's saturated vapor pressure), it's essential to connect the cavitation protection pipe to safeguard the pump's integrity.

When repurposed as a compressor, this pump's outlet pressure can achieve an impressive level of up to 0.26 Mpa (absolute pressure), providing versatility..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly designed for environments handling explosive gases and various flammable and explosive conditions, maintaining performance parity with the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
