Product Description

This pump can be used for various vacuum operations such as vacuum smelting, vacuum brazing, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum coating, electric vacuum devices, medical, chemical, artificial marble laboratories, etc. It can also be used as a front-end pump for Roots vacuum pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, and titanium pumps.
The pump is equipped with a gas ballast device, which can extract gas containing an appropriate amount of condensable steam. 
The pump can operate continuously for a long time under high vacuum conditions with an ambient temperature range of 5c to 40c and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330pa. If the suction pressure is ≥ 1330pa, the pump should not run for more than 3 minutes.
Users can install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the inlet of the pump as needed. When the pump suddenly stops running or loses power, it automatically shuts off the vacuum system and fills the pump chamber with air to prevent pump oil from flowing back and contaminating the vacuum system.
