For optimal performance, the pump is engineered to operate continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure increase,

Working Principle
1) The pump's innovative design includes an eccentric rotor housed within the pump chamber (stator), featuring three strategically positioned slots on the rotor that allow the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) As the rotor rotates, it dynamically segments the internal space into three distinct chambers, with the chamber volumes varying in harmony with the rotor's motion.
3) The process begins as gas enters the intake chamber, where it is adeptly compressed and subsequently expelled from the pump through the exhaust valve.

This protective measure prevents vacuum breakage by ensuring the fuel tank oil does not enter the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation is masterfully maintained by the pressure differential system.
This product can be customized to an explosion-proof model, making it ideal for use in petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical industries, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace applications.
For enhanced safety, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. In the event of an unexpected halt or power outage, it automatically seals off the vacuum system and infuses the pump chamber with air to avert oil backflow and potential contamination.
