The Water Ring Vacuum Pump is expertly designed for the efficient extraction of gases and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure of up to absolute pressure 3300pa (97% vacuum), making it ideal for high-demand applications.
The innovative 2BV series features a sophisticated closed cycle system, recycling the pumped medium (liquid) to significantly reduce emissions and enable effective solvent recovery, maximizing environmental and operational efficiency.

For sustained operations under suction pressure conditions nearing the ultimate vacuum level (the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is crucial to connect a cavitation protection pipe, thereby safeguarding the pump from potential damage.

When utilized as a compressor, this exceptional pump can achieve an outlet pressure reaching up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), highlighting its versatility and robust performance capabilities..

Engineered for demanding applications, the 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are tailored for the extraction of explosive gases, thriving in flammable and explosive conditions without compromising on performance, boasting the same parameters as the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
