Working Principle
1) Housed within the pump chamber, the eccentric rotor features three versatile slots that allow the rotor to glide seamlessly.
2) As the rotor spins, it ingeniously partitions the internal space into three chambers, dynamically altering their volumes.
3) Incoming gas is skillfully compressed in the intake chamber, then efficiently expelled via the exhaust valve.
4) The strategically injected oil serves multifaceted purposes: sealing, lubricating, and cooling. It is propelled by the compressed gas, initiating a cycle where
gravity aids in a preliminary separation within the fuel tank. Smaller oil particles transit to the exhaust filter, ensuring
fluid circulation. The system's float valve adeptly manages this process, preserving the vacuum and preventing atmospheric disruption when oil is absent.
Vacuum integrity is meticulously maintained as the system prevents unwanted air ingress from the fuel tank to the suction side.
5) The decisive pressure difference guarantees flawless oil circulation.
