Product Description

Application:
DG type high pressure feed water pump can be used as high pressure boiler water supply or for other high pressure fresh water pump. 
Range of performance Are as follows:
Flow: Q=32~620m3/h
Head: H=550-2210m
Medium Temperature: T≤210ºC
Structure:
DG type high-pressure boiler feed pump for single casing segmental type multistage centrifugal pump, inlet and outlet are vertical upward, with poles to the stage casing segment and the discharge casing are connected into a whole, between the sections of the static sealing surface on the surface of metal seal and O-ring seal for the auxiliary.
For DGB type high pressure boiler feed water pump, Suction section, middle section, spit out section are made of forgings.
 
Shaft Seal:
Using Packing seal or Mechanical seal, and need cooling water.
 
Bearing and balancing device:
Pump rotor from both ends of the pump sliding bearing to support the use of self lubrication or forced lubrication, the pump itself with the oil system.
The axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by the balance disc, and the thrust bearing is provided with a thrust bearing. Used to withstand the residual axial force generated due to changes in the operating conditions. The balance water pipe is connected to the pump suction port or the field line.
Transmission:
Pump through the elastic coupling with the drive (motor, turbine, diesel engine and so on)is connected, can also according to user needs with tooth type coupling, diaphragm coupling, fluid couplings.
Clockwise rotation from the drive end to the pump.   
 
Material:
The suction casing, discharge casing, diffuser and impeller: carbon steel or chrome steel;
 Shaft ,sealing ring, Diffusor Sleeve: chrome-vanadium  steel or chromium steel;
