Structure and Principle

This state-of-the-art machine employs the might of an electric motor, directing its energy through a V-belt pulley to activate the dynamic rotor. An asynchronous gear guarantees the precise synchronization of the driven rotor. Remarkably, the rotors glide without contact, maintaining an exact gap of approximately 0.4mm between them, and around 0.25mm between the rotor, pump body, and end cover. During operation, the consistent separation of the two rotors in the lower pump chamber leads to volume expansion, while their connection in the upper chamber results in volume contraction, thus facilitating the gas suction and discharge process. This sophisticated process establishes a vacuum on the suction side, while the exhaust side remains close to atmospheric pressure.
The pump body is enhanced with a soundproof box at the outlet, meticulously designed to stabilize pressure and boost sealing efficiency, thereby elevating the pump's overall performance.

4. d) Ideally, the diameters of the inlet and outlet pipes should precisely match those of the product to ensure impeccable integration.In case your vacuum system is compact, the inlet pipe diameter can be slightly reduced, ensuring it never drops below 90% of the standard measurement.The diameters of the product's inlet and outlet must be consistent, with the outlet pipe diameter being equal to or greater than the inlet dimension.The outgoing pipe should at least match or exceed the diameter of the inlet pipe to preserve efficiency.
5. Avoid abrupt bends at pipeline corners; instead, opt for smooth, fluid transitions to maintain a seamless flow.A seamless transition is paramount to ensuring consistency and maximizing efficiency in the flow.
