Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
Introducing the 2XZ Series Vacuum Pump, an essential piece of equipment meticulously engineered to evacuate gas from sealed containers efficiently. This versatile pump can operate independently or serve as a pre-pump for booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. Its applications are wide-ranging, making it ideal for manufacturing electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate creation, food packaging, vacuum forming, and refrigeration maintenance. Additionally, it perfectly complements instrument and meter equipment and supports laboratory testing with precision.
Designed for optimal performance, the pump operates continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, withstanding ambient temperatures from 5 ºC to 40 ºC and maintaining an inlet pressure ≤ 1330Pa. For scenarios where the suction port pressure
reaches ≥ 1330Pa, it is recommended that the pump runs no longer than 3 minutes to ensure longevity and efficiency.

Working Principle
1) The pump chamber houses an eccentric rotor within the stator, featuring three grooves that allow the rotor to slide effortlessly.
2) This rotor ingeniously divides the interior space into three chambers, altering their volume as it rotates, facilitating effective gas management.
3) Gas absorbed in the intake chamber undergoes compression before being efficiently expelled through the pump's exhaust valve.
4) Injected oil into the intake chamber plays crucial roles in sealing, lubricating, and cooling. This oil, driven by compressed gas, moves through the system until
it reaches the fuel tank, where gravity causes a preliminary separation. Smaller oil molecules are filtered into the exhaust, while
a systematic circulation returns collected oil to the pump chamber. This cycle is regulated by a float valve, ensuring atmospheric pressure is avoided when the oil supply is depleted.
The system maintains a vacuum by routing any potential air from the fuel tank back into the pump chamber's suction side.
5) The pressure differential guarantees a smooth and consistent oil circulation.
For environments demanding stringent safety measures, the product is customizable to an explosion-proof variant, making it ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline operations, and aerospace applications.
For added user convenience, an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve can be installed at the pump's inlet. This feature automatically safeguards the vacuum system by cutting the vacuum and introducing air into the pump chamber when the pump stops or loses power, thereby preventing oil backflow and contamination.
