Working Principle
1) Nestled within the pump chamber (stator) is the ingeniously designed eccentric rotor, which boasts three slots allowing the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) As the rotor spins, it cleverly divides the internal cavity into three distinct chambers, with their volumes dynamically shifting in tandem with each rotation.
3) Upon admission into the intake chamber, the gas is artfully compressed, subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, completing the cycle.
4) Ingeniously injected oil into the intake chamber fulfills multiple roles: it seals, lubricates, and cools. This oil, propelled by the compressed gas, continues its journey as
gravity draws it into the fuel tank, where it partially separates. The finer oil molecules make their way to the exhaust filter, ensuring
A seamless cycle that guarantees the recycled oil's return to the pump chamber. A float valve meticulously manages this cycle, preventing atmospheric pressure breaches when oil is absent from the collection system.
Interrupting the vacuum by channeling back into the suction side from the fuel tank.
5) This entire oil circulation is elegantly driven by the pressure differential.
