Structure and Principle

The ZBK Roots Vacuum Pump operates through an electric motor-driven mechanism, utilizing a V-belt pulley to activate the primary rotor. An asynchronous gear system then engages the driven gear, setting the secondary rotor in motion. These rotors, ingeniously designed to avoid any contact with one another, maintain an essential clearance of 0.4mm between them and a 0.25mm clearance between the rotor, the pump body, and the end cover. The continuous separation of these rotors at the pump chamber's lower section expands the volume, while their perpetual connection at the upper section compresses it, effectively handling the suction and discharge of gases. This mechanism creates a vacuum on the suction side, while the exhaust side remains atmospheric. A strategically placed soundproof box at the pump outlet also
