Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump is an eccentric rotor, placed meticulously within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor houses three slots that allow free sliding, ensuring a fluid and efficient operation.
2) Ingeniously, the rotor divides the pump's internal space into three distinct chambers. As the rotor spins, the volumes of these chambers dynamically change, propelling the pump's functionality.
3) The process begins as gas enters the intake chamber, where it is masterfully compressed and then expelled from the pump through an exhaust valve, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
4) The introduction of oil into the intake chamber is crucial, serving the dual purpose of sealing and lubricating while providing cooling. The oil, driven by the compressed gas, navigates through the system, enhancing performance.
When the oil reaches the fuel tank, gravity aids in its separation. The smaller oil molecules are captured by the exhaust filter, maintaining system integrity.
The genius of the system lies in its oil circulation, which ensures that collected oil is consistently returned to the pump chamber. A float valve precisely controls this circulation, preventing atmospheric pressure disruption when oil is absent.
The vacuum-breaking process involves a clever entry of air from the fuel tank to the pump chamber's suction side.
5) A pressure differential is the unsung hero, ensuring efficient oil circulation throughout the process.
Material Choice
1) For the overcurrent component, choose between a nickel-phosphorus alloy coating or PTFE coating. The compartment sealing uses PTFE and labyrinth seals, offering unmatched chemical resistance and durability in artistic environments.
