Working Method
The innovative pumping process within the diffusion pump unfolds as follows:
Heating initiates the cycle, leading to evaporation and subsequent injection. This is followed by inhalation (diffusion), cooling liquefaction (gas release), and then the liquid flows back to the pump's base. This sequence is repeated to maintain efficient evacuation of the vacuum system.

These are ingeniously integrated with gas-liquid separators, vacuum buffer tanks, heat exchangers, pressure and temperature transmitters, liquid level sensors, replenishment solenoid valves, inlet pneumatic valves, cavitation protection devices, working fluid flow meters, and intake filters. This assembly enables real-time monitoring of various control points.
