The water ring vacuum pump is meticulously engineered for the efficient removal of gases and water vapor, achieving an impressive ultimate pressure down to an absolute 3300Pa, equivalent to an astounding 97% vacuum. This makes it an ideal choice for various high-demand applications.
Ingeniously designed, the 2BV series effectively recycles the working fluid by utilizing the pumped medium (liquid) to establish a closed cycle system. This advanced feature ensures zero emissions and enables solvent recovery, supporting sustainable operations and cost-effectiveness.

For long-term operation at suction pressures near the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), it is crucial to connect a cavitation protection pipe. This innovative measure safeguards the pump against potential damage.

When deployed as a compressor, this versatile pump can achieve an outstanding outlet pressure of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), showcasing its adaptability to diverse industrial needs..

The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are expertly crafted for the safe extraction of explosive gases in various flammable and explosive environments. Remarkably, their performance parameters precisely match those of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
