ZJQ series air-cooled Roots vacuum pump is improved on the basis of ZJ series Roots vacuum pump, adding bypass gas cooling system. The rotor and pump chamber are cooled by gas so that they do not produce high temperatures at high pressure differences. In general, heat exchangers are installed in the exhaust port or return line of the pump. The gas discharged from the exhaust port is cooled by the heat exchanger, and the cooled gas enters the pump chamber from both sides of the pump body and cools the rotor and the pump chamber, but it has little effect on the pumping performance of the pump. Pump can be used alone, can also be used in series, can be connected with liquid ring vacuum pump, reciprocating vacuum pump, slide valve vacuum pump, etc., to achieve higher vacuum degree and greater pumping speed to meet the needs of the process, energy-saving effect is remarkable.
· Can be used alone, the working vacuum degree of direct exhaust atmosphere can reach 15-20kpa.
· It can be connected with the front pump to form Roots unit in series, and the different ratio can obtain 105 ~10-2 pa, which has remarkable energy-saving effect.
