When compared to water ring vacuum pumps, the ZBK series excels with its outstanding features. The ZBK Roots Pump's compact size belies its powerful capabilities, ensuring a long service life with minimal energy consumption. It effectively handles suction mediums of dry and wet air, or water, with the caveat of avoiding granular, high-dust, or corrosive substances.



Structure and Principle

Our precision-engineered machine operates through an electric motor, utilizing a V-belt pulley to expertly rotate the active rotor. With asynchronous gear driving dynamics, it ensures the driven gear rotates the rotor in a harmonious, non-contact operation, maintaining an optimal clearance. As the rotors persistently separate, the chamber's volume expands, and when they connect, it shrinks, effectively managing gas suction and discharge. This process creates a robust vacuum on the suction side, with the exhaust side strategically designed to maintain atmospheric balance. The inclusion of a soundproof box at the pump's outlet further enhances operational tranquility and efficiency with stable pressure and sealing.

Ensure a seamless installation by adhering to the following guidelines:

1. Begin with a thorough inspection of the inner cavity and upper muffler box to eliminate any foreign objects, safeguarding against potential installation interference. Meticulous planning of the pipeline installation is key to optimizing performance.
2. An efficient pipeline layout is critical:

1. 1) The optimal distance between the vacuum system's outlet and the pump's inlet ensures maximum efficiency.
2. 2) Minimize bends within the pipeline to maintain smooth operational flow.
3. 3) Align the inlet pipeline above the centerline of the inlet, and ensure the outlet pipeline is free from high-resistance factors. Avoid climbing or right-angle turns that may impede flow. 4) For seamless integration, match the inlet and outlet pipe diameters with the product's specifications, ensuring a harmonious connection.
4. If your vacuum system is compact, there's flexibility to utilize a smaller inlet pipe diameter. However, it is crucial that it remains at least 90% of the product's inlet and outlet diameter to ensure optimal performance. The diameter of the outlet pipe must meet or exceed the size of the inlet, ensuring seamless flow and efficiency throughout the system. In maintaining system integrity, ensure the outlet pipe diameter complements the inlet, reinforcing smooth operational flow.
5. Corner bends in the pipeline should be devoid of hard angles. Instead, opt for a design that allows smooth, gradual transitions, minimizing resistance and enhancing the flow. A smooth pipeline transition is essential, ensuring seamless flow and system efficiency.
6. For optimal durability and longevity, steel pipes are recommended for constructing your system's pipelines.
7. Enhance pump performance and energy efficiency by installing a steam water separator at the pump inlet, a preferred addition for those able to accommodate it. Incorporating a steam water separator at the pump's inlet can significantly elevate efficiency and achieve energy savings.

During pipeline installation or maintenance, it's imperative to ensure no foreign materials such as iron, welding slag, or solid debris enter the system, preserving its integrity. It is crucial that no foreign objects, like iron blocks or welding slag, are allowed into the pipelines during installation or repairs, protecting the system's functionality.
All pipeline joints should be equipped with sealing gaskets to effectively prevent any leaks of air or water, ensuring system reliability.
