Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
Introducing the versatile and reliable 2XZ series vacuum pump, a fundamental tool designed to efficiently evacuate gas from sealed containers. This powerful pump can function independently or serve as a pre-pump for advanced systems such as booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its wide array of applications spans industries, including the manufacturing of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, as well as complementing instrument and meter equipment matching and laboratory testing.
The pump is engineered for optimal performance, operating continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC. It maintains functionality with an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa, ensuring dependable service.
When operating with a suction port pressure of ≥ 1330Pa, it is crucial to limit operation to no more than 3 minutes to safeguard longevity and efficiency.

Working Principle
1) The pump chamber (stator) houses an eccentric rotor equipped with three slots, allowing the rotor to slide effortlessly and adapt to changing conditions.
2) This ingenious design divides the internal space into three chambers, whose volumes dynamically change with the rotor's rotation, enhancing efficiency.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it is expertly compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, maintaining seamless operation.
4) Oil, injected into the intake chamber, performs multiple critical functions: sealing, lubricating, and cooling the system. This oil is propelled by compressed gas, optimizing performance.
When the gas-oil mixture enters the fuel tank, gravity aids in the rough separation of components. Minute oil molecules continue their journey into the exhaust filter.
The system's internal circulation is meticulously designed to ensure that collected oil makes its way back to the pump chamber, managed by a float valve to prevent atmospheric intrusion when the oil supply is absent.
This efficient design prevents vacuum breakdown by ingeniously channeling oil from the fuel tank back into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The entire oil circulation process is driven by a carefully calibrated pressure difference, ensuring optimal performance.
For specialized applications, the product can be modified to an explosion-proof variant, making it ideal for sectors such as petroleum, chemical processing, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.
To further enhance functionality, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature automatically safeguards the system by sealing the vacuum and filling the pump chamber with air to avert oil backflow and contamination in the event of sudden stoppages or power loss.
