The suction medium can consist of either dry or wet air, or water, provided it is free from granular substances, excessive dust, or corrosive materials.



Structure and Principle

This state-of-the-art machine harnesses power from an electric motor, transferring it through a V-belt pulley to animate the active rotor. The asynchronous gear guarantees precise rotation of the driven rotor. Remarkably, the rotors function without contact, maintaining an exact gap of approximately 0.4mm between each other, and around 0.25mm between the rotor, pump body, and end cover. During operation, the continuous separation of the two rotors in the lower pump chamber induces volume expansion, while in the upper chamber, their connection results in volume contraction, facilitating the gas suction and discharge process. This operation creates a vacuum on the suction side, while the exhaust side maintains proximity to atmospheric pressure.
The pump body is equipped with a soundproof box at the outlet, crafted to stabilize pressure and amplify sealing efficiency, thereby elevating the pump's overall performance.

1. Prior to installation, perform a thorough inspection of the inner cavity and upper muffler box to verify the absence of foreign objects. If any are detected, they must be meticulously removed before proceeding with installation.
2. Opt for a strategic and efficient pipeline installation plan

1. a) Ensuring the shortest possible distance between the vacuum system's outlet and the pump's inlet significantly enhances performance.
2. b) Reducing bends along the pipeline is of paramount importance.
3. c) The inlet pipeline should align at least with the centerline of the inlet, ensuring the outlet pipeline is devoid of high-resistance factors like upward climbs or sharp right-angle turns.
4. d) Ideally, the diameters of the inlet and outlet pipes should match those of the product precisely for seamless integration.If your vacuum system is compact, the inlet pipe diameter can be slightly reduced, but it must never drop below 90% of the standard measurement.The diameter of the product's inlet and outlet must be kept consistent, with the outlet pipe diameter equaling or surpassing the inlet dimension.The outgoing pipe should at least match or exceed the diameter of the inlet pipe for optimal efficiency.
5. Ensure no abrupt bends occur at pipeline corners; opt for a smooth, fluid transition.A seamless, uninterrupted transition is fundamental to maintaining a consistent and efficient flow.
6. For optimal results, prioritize the use of steel pipes when constructing pipelines.
7. Where conditions allow, users are encouraged to install a steam water separator before the pump inlet toelevate pump efficiency and promote energy conservation.

3. During the installation or repair of pipelines, it is absolutely critical to prevent any foreign materials, such as iron fragments,welding residues, or solid objects of any kind from penetrating and entering the system.
