Purpose

The ZBK series Roots vacuum pump is an exceptional piece of crude vacuum acquisition equipment, extensively utilized in a multitude of industries including paper making, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, building materials, food, clothing, sugar making, etc.,c.Specifically designed as an ideal solution for vacuum dehydration of the long circular mesh suction tank or long mesh paper machine suction tank within the paper industry, compared to traditional water ring vacuum pumps, the ZBK series Roots vacuum pumps offer remarkable benefits such as superior pumping speed, enhanced efficiency, a compact and sleek structure, reduced size, simplified maintenance, extended durability, and minimized power consumption. The suction medium can be a blend of dry, wet air, or water, but it must be free of granular substances, high dust gases, or corrosive elements.



Structure and Principle

Engineered with precision, this machine operates through a V-belt pulley-driven electric motor to rotate the active rotor, while an asynchronous gear synchronizes with the driven gear to spin the secondary rotor. The two rotors are intricately designed to not touch each other, maintaining a precision clearance of about 0.4mm, with a gap of approximately 0.25mm between the rotor, pump body, and end cover. During operation, the continuous separation of the rotors in the pump chamber's lower section results in volume expansion. Conversely, in the upper section, the unification of the rotors causes volume contraction, effectively completing the suction and discharge of gases, generating a vacuum on the suction side, while the exhaust side seamlessly integrates with the atmosphere and is maintained close to atmospheric pressure. Additionally, a soundproof box at the pump body's outlet serves a dual purpose of providing a
stable pressure and sealing effect, thereby enhancing the operational eff iciency ofthe pump. Parameter
