This pump is the ideal upgrade from the SK, SZ, and 2SK series and finds its versatile applications across industries such as papermaking, coal mining, power generation, vacuum filtration, casting (negative pressure molding), petrochemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, new materials research, and simulated environmental experiments.
 

Main Feature

1. The ingeniously crafted flexible exhaust port design ensures optimal functionality by preventing excessive compression, maintaining peak performance across the entire vacuum spectrum.

2. Crafted with precision, the impeller is made from either cast ductile iron or welded steel plate, featuring short yet robust blades. Reinforced with a ring and full-length conical wheel, it guarantees unparalleled stability even under the most demanding conditions, significantly extending the pump's service life.
3. Each impeller undergoes meticulous dynamic and static balancing, with a robust interference fit between the shaft, ensuring seamless and reliable operations.
4. The belt pulley system employs a standard high-precision taper sleeve pulley, ensuring reliable performance and ease of disassembly, epitomizing user-friendly maintenance.
5. Recognizing the vulnerability of water ring pump components, the shaft sleeve is crafted from stainless steel or ductile iron to dramatically extend its lifespan compared to ordinary materials. Users have the option of choosing between packing seals or mechanical seals, according to their specific requirements.
6. Tailored to meet user demands, the pump can be constructed with corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel SUS304, SUS316L, 2205, 2507, titanium, and others.
