Intricate Working Principle Unveiled
1) At the heart of this pump, an eccentric rotor is installed inside the stator, designed with three meticulously crafted slots where the rotor gracefully slides.
2) Ingeniously, the rotor partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, with their volumes dynamically altering as the rotor spins.
3) As gas is drawn into the intake chamber, it's skillfully compressed, then seamlessly expelled outside the pump through the finely tuned exhaust valve.
4) Ingeniously injected oil into the intake chamber serves multiple roles: sealing, lubrication, and cooling. Propelled by compressed gas,
Upon entering the fuel tank, gravity takes charge, coarsely separating oil. Minute oil molecules are directed into the exhaust filter, ensuring optimal performance.
Through a sophisticated circulation system, reclaimed oil is ushered back to the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric pressure when oil is absent.
Breaking the vacuum? Simply redirect from the fuel tank to the pump chamber's suction side for continuous operation.
5) Pressure differences elegantly guarantee flawless oil circulation.
