Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump is an eccentric rotor carefully installed within the pump chamber (stator), featuring three precise slots to accommodate the rotor's free movement.
2) Through its rotation, the rotor intricately divides the internal space into three chambers, with their volumes dynamically changing to optimize performance.
3) Entering gas is ingeniously compressed in the intake chamber and seamlessly expelled from the pump through an efficient exhaust valve.
4) The strategic injection of oil into the intake chamber enhances its ability to seal, lubricate, and cool. As the oil, driven by compressed gas, enters the system,
Upon reaching the fuel tank, gravity facilitates its separation, directing smaller oil molecules towards the exhaust filter for further processing.
The expertly designed circulation system ensures that collected oil is recycled back into the pump chamber. A float valve precisely manages this cycle, preventing atmospheric intrusion in the absence of oil.
This process effectively maintains the vacuum by controlling entry into the pump chamber from the fuel tank's suction side.

To enhance operational safety, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. In the event of an unexpected shutdown or power loss, it automatically isolates the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber to prevent oil backflow and contamination.
