The remarkable 2XZ series vacuum pump is an essential addition to any laboratory or industrial setting, designed to efficiently expel gas from sealed containers with unmatched precision. This versatile pump can function independently or serve as a crucial pre-pump for various systems, including booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its applications are vast, stretching across the manufacturing of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and pairing seamlessly with instruments and meters for optimal laboratory testing.
This pump operates with continuous diligence for up to 2 hours in high vacuum environments, maintaining excellent performance within ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, and managing an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Should the suction port pressure
reach or exceed 1330Pa, the pump's operation must be limited to a swift 3 minutes to ensure optimal functionality.
Ingenious Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump lies an eccentric rotor, ingeniously installed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor is crafted with three dynamic slots, allowing it to glide effortlessly within the chamber.
2) The rotor ingeniously partitions the internal space into three chambers, with each chamber's volume dynamically adjusting as the rotor spins, enhancing the system's efficiency.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it is strategically compressed and skillfully expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring a seamless operation.
4) The meticulously injected oil in the intake chamber serves a pivotal role in sealing, lubricating, and cooling. As the oil is carried by compressed gas, it performs dual functions when
it enters the fuel tank, undergoing initial separation due to gravitational forces. Tiny oil molecules proceed to the exhaust filter, while the internal
circulation system adeptly ensures the collected oil returns to the pump chamber. A thoughtfully designed float valve governs the circulation, preventing atmospheric pressure issues when the collection system lacks oil
by strategically allowing the vacuum to break through the pump chamber's suction side via the fuel tank.
5) The oil's circulation is brilliantly sustained by the pressure differential, ensuring consistent performance.
This stellar product can be customized to an explosion-proof version, broadening its applicability to various industries including petroleum, chemical, mining, medical, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.
For enhanced functionality, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. In scenarios where the pump experiences an unexpected halt or power loss, this valve acts swiftly to disconnect the vacuum system, filling the pump chamber with air to avert pump oil backflow and contamination.
