Introducing the 2XZ Series Vacuum Pump, a cornerstone of excellence in gas removal from sealed containers. This versatile pump can be expertly utilized on its own or serve as a preliminary pump for an array of systems such as booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its expansive application range includes the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and is an indispensable ally in instrument matching and laboratory testing.

The 2XZ Pump is engineered for optimal performance, typically running continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, with an ambient temperature spectrum from 5 ºC to 40 ºC. It operates with finesse at an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. In scenarios where the suction port pressure
exceeds 1330Pa, operational integrity mandates that the pump runs no longer than 3 minutes to ensure sustained efficiency and safety.

Working Principle

1) At the heart of the pump, an eccentric rotor is strategically positioned within the stator's pump chamber, featuring three meticulously designed slots that allow the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) This rotor ingeniously segments the internal space into three distinct chambers, each dynamically changing in volume as the rotor spins.
3) Gas drawn into the intake chamber undergoes a precision compression process, subsequently expelled seamlessly through the exhaust valve to the exterior.
4) Infused into the intake chamber, oil plays a critical role in sealing, lubrication, and cooling. As it is propelled by compressed gas, upon
entering the fuel tank, it undergoes gravity-assisted separation, allowing smaller oil molecules to progress into the exhaust filter. This internal
circulation system is finely tuned to redirect collected oil back into the pump chamber, with a float valve meticulously managing the system to prevent atmospheric pressure breaches in the absence of oil.
Ensuring the vacuum integrity, the system safeguards against atmospheric intrusion by controlling entrance from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) Oil circulation is deftly managed through an engineered pressure differential, ensuring continuous operation.

For environments that demand extra precautions, this product can be adapted to an explosion-proof variant, making it indispensable for industries including petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.

For enhanced operational security, users can integrate an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This advanced feature ensures that in the event of an abrupt stoppage or power failure, the system automatically secures the vacuum system and introduces air into the pump chamber, effectively preventing pump oil backflow and vacuum system contamination.
