Working principle

Introducing the innovative and reliable oil-free rotary vacuum pump, meticulously engineered with a robust structure that ensures the pump's functionality within the precisely designed space that exists between the cylinder blockand the side cover. Here, the rotor is artfully positioned eccentrically on the cylinder body, maintaining an intricate balance with a minimal gap between the rotor and the cylinder body. Strategically placed graphite slides are securely embedded within the precise slot of the rotor's surface. As the rotor shifts driven by centrifugal forces, it effectively guides the graphite slide, ensuring that the inner wall of the cylinder body remains in consistentcontact state.
The dynamic space encircling the sliding vane rotor, along with the cylinder and the side cover, adapts as rotation progresses, effectively modifying the rotor's motion. As illustrated inthe figure, the rotation from position 1 to 2 results in a gradually decreasing volume, where the suction gas undergoes compression. from 3to 4,the gas is excluded from the outside. With the continuous process the air is transferred from the suction port to the exhaust port
A pump with 4 pieces slides will be subjected to a four-times exhaust process for a week. When the suction end of the maximum volume of V (L), the number of turns is N (rpm), and the 4V N (L) of the air is excluded in one minute. This theoretical value acts as the exhaust velocity.
