Introducing the Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump: A marvel of modern technology.
The 2XZ series vacuum pump is an indispensable tool for efficiently evacuating gas from sealed containers. Versatile in function, it can operate solo or serve as a pre-pump for booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps. Ideal for crafting electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and in synchrony with instruments, meters, and laboratory diagnostics.
Engineered for reliability, the pump is designed to operate continuously up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, withstanding ambient temperatures from 5ºC to 40ºC and inlet pressures ≤ 1330Pa. Optimal performance is ensured with these parameters.
When faced with pressure conditions ≥ 1330Pa, the pump is to be used in short bursts, not exceeding 3 minutes, to maintain its integrity.

Unveiling the Dynamic Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump, the eccentric rotor, nestled within the pump chamber (stator), features three precision-engineered slots allowing the rotor to glide effortlessly.
2) The rotor ingeniously divides the internal space into three dynamic chambers, with their volumes transforming as the rotor spins.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it is masterfully compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve for seamless efficiency.
4) Infused oil within the intake chamber serves as a sealant, lubricant, and coolant, propelled by compressed gas dynamics.
Upon entering the fuel tank, gravity aids in the separation of oil molecules, with smaller ones filtering out through the exhaust filter.
This sophisticated internal recycling system ensures the collected oil returns seamlessly to the pump chamber, with the circulation adeptly managed by a float valve to maintain atmospheric equilibrium.
A breakthrough occurs when vacuum is disrupted from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The pressure differential ensures an unwavering oil circulation system.

In the event of sudden stoppage or power failure, it automatically disengages the vacuum system and infuses air into the pump chamber to prevent oil backflow and contamination.
