Introducing the versatile 2XZ Series Vacuum Pump-engineered as a fundamental tool for gas removal in sealed environments. This exceptional pump can stand alone or complement booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its applications span a multitude of industries, including the manufacture of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration maintenance, and precision instrument alignment, alongside laboratory testing.
For optimal operation, the pump should function continuously for no longer than 2 hours when under high vacuum conditions. It is built to withstand ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure not exceeding 1330Pa. Maintaining these conditions ensures reliable performance and longevity.
When the inlet pressure rises to ≥ 1330Pa, it is crucial to limit pump operation to a maximum of 3 minutes to preserve efficiency.

1) The clever design integrates an eccentric rotor within the pump chamber (stator), featuring three slots on the rotor that allow it to slide effortlessly.
2) This rotor strategically divides the inner space into three dynamic chambers, with their volume shifting as the rotor gracefully turns.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression and is subsequently expelled from the pump via the exhaust valve, ensuring efficient gas removal.
4) Oil, injected into the intake chamber, plays a pivotal role in sealing, lubricating, and cooling the system. This oil is driven by compressed gas and, upon entering the fuel tank,
is naturally separated due to gravity. Meanwhile, finer oil molecules proceed to the exhaust filter, maintaining system integrity.
The circulation of oil is meticulously managed to flow back into the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric intrusion when oil is absent in the collection system.
This ensures system integrity by preventing vacuum breakage when transitioning from the fuel tank back to the pump chamber.
5) This efficient oil circulation is expertly maintained through pressure differentials, ensuring seamless operation.
For environments demanding heightened safety, our product can be customized to an explosion-proof version, ideally suited for industries such as petroleum, chemicals, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas facilities, gas distribution terminals, and aerospace.
Enhance your system with the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet. This feature automatically secures the vacuum system by introducing air into the pump chamber upon unexpected shutdowns or power loss, preventing oil backflow and system contamination.
