Crafted from high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron, the pump boasts remarkable abrasion resistance. Key features include unparalleled efficiency, energy conservation, prolonged service life, lightweight build, robust structure, trustworthy operation, minimal vibration, reduced noise, and ease of maintenance. Ideal for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurry with solid particles, it serves industries like electric power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. The pump can handle solid-liquid mixtures with a weight concentration of 45% for mortar and 60% for pulp, and can operate in series as per user requirements. Recognized for its excellence, this series has national ministerial new product identification and provincial energy-saving certifications, its performance ranks among China's finest, with efficiency indices reaching global standards.
The ZJ series slurry pump is celebrated as a premier product by the original Ministry of Energy's power science and technology achievements promotion project. It's highly recommended by the Ministry of Metallurgy, the Ministry of Coal, and acknowledged by the Ministry of Power planning and design General Institute and equipment complete set Bureau as the main auxiliary machine for 50-300MW thermal power units. In 1991, it achieved provincial 'double mining' certification and earned approval from the State Bureau of Technical Supervision to use the 'international standard products' logo. The pump is distinguished as a high-quality product in Hebei Province, recognized as an energy-saving product by the Ministry of Machinery, and part of the 16th and 17th batches of energy-saving mechanical and electrical products promotion projects, marking it as a national key new product.
