The remarkable 2XZ series vacuum pump is the cornerstone for eliminating gas from sealed containers. This versatile equipment shines whether used independently or paired with booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, or titanium pumps. It serves a multitude of industries, including the crafting of electric vacuum containers, precision vacuum welding, high-quality printing, photographic plate creation, and meticulous food packaging. Additionally, it plays an essential role in vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, instrument and meter equipment synchronization, and laboratory testing, demonstrating its indispensable utility across various applications.
The pump is engineered for optimal performance, typically running continuously for up to 2 hours in high vacuum conditions, maintaining an ambient temperature of 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure not exceeding 1330Pa.
For inlet pressures exceeding 1330Pa, the pump operation should be limited to a maximum of 3 minutes to ensure prolonged efficiency and durability.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump lies an eccentric rotor, precisely fitted within the pump chamber (stator). The rotor features three slots, allowing the rotor to glide effortlessly, orchestrating the pump's dynamic operation.
2) As the rotor spins, it ingeniously divides the interior space into three chambers. The volumes of these chambers shift and transform with the rotor's motion, facilitating efficient gas management.
3) Gas entering the intake chamber is skillfully compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring a seamless and effective pumping process.
4) Oil introduced into the intake chamber acts as a sealant, lubricant, and coolant. The compressed gas compels the oil to function efficiently, ensuring smooth operation.
During entry into the fuel tank, gravitational forces cause a preliminary separation of small oil molecules, which then pass through the exhaust filter for refined processing.
Innovative internal circulation governs the return of collected oil to the pump chamber, with a float valve maintaining equilibrium to prevent atmospheric pressure when oil is absent from the collection system.
Oil circulates via the suction side of the pump chamber from the fuel tank, ensuring a consistent vacuum break and sustained performance.
5) The pressure differential guarantees effective oil circulation, enhancing the pump's reliability and efficiency.
This adaptable product can be modified to an explosion-proof version, rendering it ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, mining, pharmaceuticals, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace endeavors.
For added assurance, users may opt to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature automatically disengages the vacuum system upon sudden pump stoppage or power loss, preventing pump oil backflow and safeguarding the vacuum system's purity.
