Introducing the robust and versatile 2XZ Series Vacuum Pump, a cornerstone in vacuum technology for efficient gas removal from sealed containers. Designed for standalone use or as a pre-pump in conjunction with booster, diffusion, molecular, maintenance, and titanium pumps, this reliable device serves diverse industries. Ideal for manufacturing electric vacuum containers, it excels in vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, and food packaging applications. Furthermore, it enhances vacuum forming processes, refrigeration maintenance, and is indispensable for instrument and laboratory operations.
The 2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is engineered for optimal performance, operating continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions. It thrives within an ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC while maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. Note: If the suction port pressure
exceeds 1330Pa, ensure the pump operates for no more than 3 minutes to maintain efficiency and safety.
Working Principle
1) Our innovative design features an eccentric rotor expertly installed within the pump chamber (stator). The rotor includes three meticulously engineered slots where it rotates with ease.
2) The rotor ingeniously partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, dynamically altering their volumes as the rotor spins.
3) Gas entering the intake chamber is adeptly compressed and efficiently expelled outside the pump through the exhaust valve, ensuring optimal performance.
4) An oil injection into the intake chamber enhances sealing, lubrication, and cooling. This oil works seamlessly with compressed gas, and upon
entry into the fuel tank, undergoes preliminary separation due to gravitational forces. Smaller oil molecules are meticulously directed into the exhaust filter, ensuring smooth operation.
The innovative circulation system guarantees the efficient return of collected oil to the pump chamber. This circulation, regulated by a float valve, prevents atmospheric pressure disruptions when the collection system is devoid of oil.
This mechanism adeptly prevents vacuum loss by managing oil flow from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The system's oil circulation is expertly driven by pressure differentials, ensuring seamless operation.
For specialized applications, the pump can be adapted to an explosion-proof variant, making it ideal for use in petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical sectors, as well as oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, and even aerospace applications.
Enhance your system with an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This feature automatically safeguards the vacuum system by cutting off air supply and preventing oil backflow during sudden pump stops or power outages, thereby maintaining system integrity.
