The 2XZ series vacuum pump is an essential tool designed to efficiently extract gas from sealed containers. Versatile in application, it can function independently or serve as a pre-pump for various high-performance systems such as booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. This adaptability makes it invaluable in numerous sectors including the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, and the photographic plate-making industry. It's an asset in food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and seamlessly integrates with instrument and meter equipment for laboratory testing purposes.

Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump lies an eccentric rotor embedded in the pump chamber (stator). This rotor features three slots, allowing the rotor to slide effortlessly.
2) The rotor's design divides the internal space into three distinct chambers, whose volumes fluctuate with each rotation of the rotor.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes compression and is subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve to the exterior of the pump.

For user convenience, an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve can be installed at the pump's inlet. This feature ensures that in the event of a sudden stop or power loss, the system automatically seals off the vacuum system and inflates the pump chamber with air, preventing oil backflow and contamination.
