Designed for operational excellence, this pump is engineered to perform continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions. It thrives within ambient temperatures ranging from 5 ºC to 40 ºC, with an inlet pressure kept at ≤ 1330Pa. When faced with conditions where the inlet pressure is ≥ 1330Pa, the pump is advised to operate for a maximum of 3 minutes to maintain efficiency and prevent wear.
Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump lies the eccentric rotor, meticulously installed within the pump chamber or stator. This rotor features three precision-engineered slots that allow the free movement of the rotor, ensuring seamless operation.
2) The rotor ingeniously divides the interior into three dynamic chambers, with their volumes evolving fluidly as the rotor turns, facilitating efficient gas compression and expulsion.
3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it undergoes a sophisticated compression process and is subsequently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring a smooth and efficient discharge.
4) A vital element of the process is the introduction of oil into the intake chamber, which performs multiple critical roles: sealing, lubricating, and cooling. This oil, propelled by the compressed gas, enhances the pump's performance.
Upon reaching the fuel tank, gravity assists in the initial separation of the oil, with smaller oil molecules seamlessly moving into the exhaust filter. The intricate
circulation system guarantees that reclaimed oil is recycled back into the pump chamber. This circulation is meticulously managed by a float valve, which prevents atmospheric pressure issues should the oil level in the collection system drop.
The vacuum integrity is maintained by ensuring the oil is precisely routed from the fuel tank to the pump chamber's suction side, thereby safeguarding against any interruption.
5) The pump's oil circulation system is driven by a well-calibrated pressure difference, maintaining both performance and reliability.

As an additional safeguard, users have the option to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This innovative feature ensures that in the event of an unexpected stoppage or power loss, the vacuum system is automatically isolated. It fills the pump chamber with air, effectively preventing oil backflow and maintaining the cleanliness of the vacuum system.
