Working Principle
1) At the heart of the pump is an eccentric rotor nestled within the pump chamber, also known as the stator. This rotor features three slots that allow it to glide smoothly.
2) As the rotor turns, it partitions the internal space into three distinct chambers, each altering in volume with the rotor's motion, enabling efficient operations.
3) Upon entering the intake chamber, the gas undergoes compression and is subsequently expelled outside via the exhaust valve, ensuring a seamless flow.
4) Oil injected into the intake chamber plays a crucial role in sealing, lubricating, and cooling the system. It is propelled by the compressed gas and,
on reaching the fuel tank, undergoes preliminary separation influenced by gravity. Here, smaller oil molecules proceed into the exhaust filter. The internal
circulation guarantees the recycled oil returns to the pump chamber, regulated by a float valve to prevent atmospheric intrusion when the collection system lacks oil.
Thus, the vacuum is maintained by redirecting oil from the fuel tank back into the pump chamber's suction side.
5) The oil circulation is driven by a pressure differential, ensuring efficient operation.
Material Choice
1) Overcurrent components are crafted with either a nickel-phosphorus alloy coating or PTFE coating. The sealing employs PTFE seals and labyrinth designs for enhanced protection.
The composite structural design is tailored to meet the demanding requirements of chemical engineering, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries that operate in environments with varying degrees of corrosiveness.
2) Overcurrent components made from high-grade stainless steel (S304/S316L) are ideal for environments with extreme corrosivity. The pump casing, partitions, and rotor are all constructed from stainless steel for durability.
