Single Stage Rotary Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ series vacuum pump is a vital piece of equipment designed to efficiently extract gas from sealed containers. It serves versatile purposes: whether as a standalone unit or as a supportive pre-pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. Its applications span across diverse fields such as the production of electric vacuum containers, vacuum welding, printing, photographic plate making, food packaging, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment maintenance, and instrument and meter equipment matching. Furthermore, it plays an essential role in laboratory testing.
This pump is engineered to operate continuously for up to 2 hours under high vacuum conditions, with a favorable ambient temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC and an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. In scenarios where the suction port pressure escalates, adjustments must be considered.
If the suction port pressure is ≥ 1330Pa, it is crucial that the pump does not exceed 3 minutes of operation to maintain optimal performance and prevent damage.

Working Principle
1) The pump's design features an eccentric rotor installed within the pump chamber (stator). This rotor includes three slots where the rotor glides effortlessly, optimizing functionality.
2) The rotor ingeniously partitions the internal space into three chambers. As the rotor spins, the volume of these chambers transforms, facilitating the pump's dynamic operation.
3) Once gas enters the intake chamber, it becomes compressed and is then efficiently expelled outside the pump through an exhaust valve, ensuring effective gas management.
4) Oil injected into the intake chamber serves multiple purposes: it provides sealing, lubrication, and cooling. The oil, propelled by compressed gas, undergoes a strategic separation process.
As oil enters the fuel tank, gravity aids in its initial separation. Smaller oil molecules proceed to the exhaust filter, contributing to the pump's meticulous operation.
The internal circulation system is meticulously designed to ensure that recovered oil cycles back into the pump chamber. A float valve masterfully controls this circulation, preventing atmospheric pressure issues when the collection system lacks oil.
This innovative design prevents vacuum breakdown by channeling oil from the fuel tank into the suction side of the pump chamber.
5) The oil circulation, driven by pressure differences, is a cornerstone of the pump's functionality, ensuring seamless operation.
For specialized needs, the product can be customized to an explosion-proof type, making it ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical, mining, medicine, oil depots, gas stations, liquefied gas stations, gas pipeline stations, and aerospace.
Users have the flexibility to install an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. This valve acts automatically to disconnect the vacuum system and infuse the pump chamber with air, preventing pump oil reflux and ensuring the vacuum system remains uncontaminated in the event of a sudden halt or power loss.
