Engineered for endurance, this pump excels in high vacuum conditions, operating continuously for up to 2 hours within an ambient temperature range of 5ºC to 40ºC, maintaining an inlet pressure of ≤ 1330Pa. For optimal performance, observe these limits.
When operating at a higher suction port pressure of ≥ 1330Pa, it should not exceed a runtime of 3 minutes, safeguarding its longevity and efficiency.

1) The ingenious design features an eccentric rotor within the pump chamber (stator), with three strategically placed slots on the rotor allowing for fluid motion and maximum efficiency.
2) This rotor cleverly segments the internal space into three dynamic chambers, with their volumes shifting as the rotor spins, optimizing performance.
3) Gas entering the intake chamber is expertly compressed and expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring seamless operation.
4) Oil injected into the intake chamber serves the dual purpose of sealing and lubricating, as well as effectively cooling the system. It moves with the compressed gas, and upon entering the fuel tank,
gravity facilitates the separation of oil, with smaller molecules directed to the exhaust filter. This intelligent
circulation mechanism ensures that reclaimed oil efficiently returns to the pump chamber, managed by a float valve that prevents atmospheric pressure issues when the collection system lacks oil.
The system avoids disrupting the vacuum by controlled oil circulation from the fuel tank to the pump chamber's suction side.
5) Pressure differential guarantees oil circulation, enhancing operational reliability.

Tailor your setup with an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump's inlet. In the event of an unexpected shutdown or power loss, this valve safeguards the system by automatically sealing off the vacuum, filling the pump chamber with air to prevent oil backflow and contamination.
