The suction medium can be a versatile array of dry or wet air, or water. However, it must remain free of granular substances, excessive dust, or corrosive elements.



Structure and Principle

This state-of-the-art machine utilizes the prowess of an electric motor, transmitting power via a V-belt pulley to propel the active rotor. Precision is ensured by an asynchronous gear for the driven rotor's rotation. Remarkably, the rotors function without contact, maintaining precise gaps of about 0.4mm between each other and around 0.25mm between the rotor, pump body, and end cover. During operation, rotor separation in the lower pump chamber induces volume expansion, while their union in the upper chamber results in volume contraction, facilitating the gas suction-discharge process. This mechanism creates a vacuum on the suction side, with the exhaust side close to atmospheric pressure.
Enhancing performance, the pump body includes a sophisticated soundproof box at the outlet, designed to stabilize pressure and bolster sealing efficiency.

2. Opt for a strategic and efficient pipeline installation plan,

1. a) Ensuring a minimal distance between the vacuum system's outlet and the pump's inlet is crucial for optimizing performance.
2. b) Minimizing pipeline bends is essential.
3. c) The inlet pipeline should ideally align with the centerline of the inlet, and the outlet pipeline must be free from high-resistance factors, such as upward climbs or sharp right-angle turns.
4. d) Ideally, the diameters of the inlet and outlet pipes should correspond precisely with those of the product, guaranteeing seamless integration.If your vacuum system is compact, the diameter of the inlet pipe may be slightly reduced, yet it must not fall below 90% of the standard measurement, adhering to optimal standards.Maintain the product's inlet and outlet diameter, with the outlet pipe diameter equal to or larger than the inlet dimension, ensuring efficient flow.The outgoing pipe should match or exceed the diameter of the inlet pipe to maintain consistency.
5. Ensure no abrupt bends occur at pipeline corners; opt for a smooth, fluid transition instead.A seamless transition is pivotal for maintaining flow consistency and efficiency, optimizing the pump's overall performance.
6. For optimal results, prefer robust steel pipes when constructing pipelines, ensuring durability and reliability.
7. Where conditions allow, users are encouraged to install a steam water separator before the pump inlet tosignificantly boost pump efficiency and amplify energy conservation, ensuring superior performance.

3. During the installation or repair of pipelines, it is absolutely essential to ensure that no foreign materials such as iron fragments,welding residues, or any other solid objects are allowed to enter the system in order to maintain optimal performance.
