1) At the heart of the pump, an eccentric rotor, nestled within the chamber (stator), boasts three slots that allow seamless glide of the rotor, orchestrating a flawless performance.
2) As the rotor spins, it divides the internal space into three dynamic chambers, with their volume dancing to the rhythm of the rotor's rotation.
3) The magic begins as gas enters the intake chamber, gets compressed, and then gracefully exits the pump through the exhaust valve, completing its journey.
4) Enter the oil, a silent hero injected into the intake chamber. It seals, lubricates, and cools with precision. Accompanied by compressed gas,
In the fuel tank, the oil undergoes a fascinating separation process under the gentle persuasion of gravity. The nimble small oil molecules venture into the exhaust filter, ensuring
that every drop of collected oil returns to the pump chamber. The circulation, prudently governed by a float valve, maintains perfection and prevents atmospheric pressure mishaps when the collection system lacks oil.
The system ingeniously breaks the vacuum by channeling from the fuel tank to the suction side of the pump chamber.
