The suction medium may comprise dry or wet air, or water, but must be free from granular substances, excessive dust, or corrosive materials.



Structure and Principle

This state-of-the-art apparatus leverages an electric motor, driving motion through a V-belt pulley to activate the rotor. Precision is ensured by an asynchronous gear for the driven rotor's rotation. The rotors operate non-contactly, maintaining a precise 0.4mm gap between each other and 0.25mm between rotor, pump body, and end cover. As the rotors separate in the lower pump chamber, volume expansion occurs, while their connection in the upper chamber causes volume contraction, facilitating the gas suction and discharge process. This ingenious mechanism achieves a vacuum on the suction side, while the exhaust side remains at near atmospheric pressure.
A soundproof box at the pump outlet stabilizes pressure and enhances sealing efficiency, thereby elevating the pump's overall performance.

2. b) It is vital to minimize bends along the pipeline to ensure smooth operation.
3. c) Align the inlet pipeline at least with the centerline, and ensure the outlet pipeline is free of high-resistance factors like upward climbs or sharp right-angle turns.
4. d) Ideally, the diameters of both the inlet and outlet pipes should match those of the product, ensuring seamless integration.For compact vacuum systems, the inlet pipe diameter can be marginally reduced, but must remain above 90% of the standard measurement.It is crucial to maintain the diameter of the product's inlet and outlet, with the outlet pipe diameter equaling or surpassing the inlet dimension.Ensure the outgoing pipe matches or exceeds the inlet pipe diameter for optimal flow.
5. Avoid sudden bends at pipeline corners; opt for a fluid, smooth transition to maintain efficiency.A seamless transition is key to preserving consistency and flow efficiency.
6. For the best outcomes, prioritize steel pipes when constructing pipelines for robustness and durability.
